Create a New Project Room
VisionProject Rooms are private virtual websites where you can manage locations, art department, casting, news, production, wardrobe and video media. They offer many benefits to production.
If you would like to set-up a Project Room please fill in the required information fields below. Please record your login name and password, as VisionNet will not provide this information to maintain confidentiality and security. You will be emailed a confirmation invoice that your payment has been processed. To access your Project Room, click on the Sign In button at the top right of any page and enter your login information.
Project Rooms are active for a minimum of one (1) week. Accounts may be renewed indefinitely, based upon a monthly fee.
Before the Project Room expires, automatic email notice is generated, and you will have 36 hours to update its status. Follow the instructions and links on this email to renew your Project Room. 48 hour extensions are available to open a Project Room and retrieve fies after it has expired. Inactive Project Rooms are automatically deleted from the server after 90 days.
